Gölköy is a crater lake located 17 km from the town center. The 26.5 hectare area is the Nature Park. It has a high landscape value due to its natural structure. There are three landslides in the area; one of the lakes are large lakes covered with reeds. Abant Alası type fish live on the big lake.
