Sehbenderiye Mosque in Sanliurfa
Şehbenderiye Mosque is located in Topçu Square. The mosque has two inscriptions: the outer gate and the last congregation. It was built in 1909 (Hijri 1327) according to the inscription on the outer door written by the poet Emin from Urfa. The inscription to the east of the last congregation site states that the mosque was built by a man named Bekir Bey. The structure is constructed of cut stone.
