Located 5 kilometers north of Ardahan city center, the Ottoman structure was built on the 19th century of Tabya. it is known that it was built at the beginning of the century. The tabya, which was built before the Ottoman-Russian war in 1877-1878, played a vital role in this war. 2500 m. on top of a hill at height, the base is made of the underground barracks and the surrounding soil piles. It is the highest taboo in the region and is made in U form and has the possibility to observe the city on three sides.
