This section is the guest room of the house and is larger than the other rooms. The basement floors of the houses are stony and generally flat plate stones are arranged side by side. The ground floor rooms are used as warehouse, cellar and tandoor and their windows are small. There are various fruit trees, especially apricots, in the back gardens. The bedrooms on the upper floors of the houses have double winged wooden doors. There is a living room called rectangular designed winter roof, which is mostly used in winter. In front of the room there is a section called nimseki. This section is higher than the room level, and the upper part is covered with carpets and cushions. Beşkonaklar, which started in 2006 and completed in 2009, has been opened to use for various art and cultural services. The story of Beşkonaklar Beşkonaklar'da Malatya in the past has lived in the leading families. Beşkonaklar was built by Hacı Sait Efendi (Turfanda) approximately 120 years ago and five of them were built as a whole and a house adjacent to it. Hacı Sait Efendi (Turfanda) and other four brothers built by the houses are called endi Shamar it.
