After seeing the height of the First Sergeant Mosque, Ali Efendi was upset that he had stayed below the first (Cevahir Ali Efendi Mosque) road level and called the masters who made the mosque to be elevated to the road level. However, the masters said that this would not be easy and would be very burdensome, and if necessary, they could build another mosque according to the desire and recommended that this mosque remain. They built this mosque as the second mosque upon Ali Efendi's request. The mosque harim has a rectangular plan and a flat ceiling. There is a semi-cylindrical mihrab on the axis in the south and next to it (west) the original wooden pulpit. In the southeast corner, there is a wooden preacher's chair. To the north of the harim, there is a cove that protrudes towards the north like a balcony. Mahfil expands by making a protrusion to the west at the last congregation site. Harimi illuminates three windows on the east and west walls, two lower windows on the south and north walls and the upper windows above them. To the north of the harim, there are extensions of the harim wall and a cemakan closed in front of it. A gate on the axis of the mihrab connects the place of the harim with the last congregation. To the northwest of the last congregation, there is a polygonal minaret with a square base. The minaret is exited through the gate on the northwest corner. As ornament in the harim, we draw our attention to the stained glass windows of the plaster and the pencil decoration of the mihrab and the window pediments. On the sides of the mihrab pediment on the sides of the mihrab pediment with a curved gypsum baroque ornaments on a wooden panel; "Hz. Allah (c.c.) Hz. Muhammad (s.av.) and the four caliphs ”name is written in a complex writing. In the window pediments, the “C and S” curved, triangular baroque cartridges in the pediment attract our attention. To the north of the harim, there is a closed congregation. The last congregation connects the place with a round arched door. The wooden door is a mirrored door made by passing technique. The last two-storey congregation has a cartridge on the middle windows. As in the Cevahir Ali Efendi Mosque, Köseyusuflu and Başçavuş mosques, the last congregation, the front part of which was subsequently closed with glass, rests on 5 tree poles and east and west antenna walls. There is a polygonal minaret at the northwest corner where the last congregation and the harim meet. The minaret has a polygonal body with a square base. As far as it can be seen, the walls of the structure are made of cut stone, the body of the minaret is made of brick and covered with a broken roof. The structure is surrounded by a high-walled courtyard entered through a single door to the north. There is a small portico on the eastern inner wall of the courtyard. On the south side of this portico, an imam was built as if the portico was divided in two. The ablution taps in the portico were removed and placed later on the interior of the entrance wall.
