The building, which was purchased by Rahmi M. KOÇ Museum and Culture Foundation in 1991, was opened on December 13, 1994 after rigorous restoration works lasting two and a half years. Most of the objects in the museum are presented in a collection from the private collection of Rahmi M. KOÇ. Works from various institutions and organizations, donations from individuals or periodicals are also exhibited in the museum. The basis of the museum collection includes real works and their models, scientific and mechanical objects. If we classify the museum's trip plan as Lengerhane building and additional building; the entrance is below the road level and a narrow tunnel is reached inside the old building. In this tunnel, lenger, cannon and ball pieces found during restoration work are exhibited. After the tunnel, the stairs leading to two directions connect the entrance to an upper floor.
