Hydisos - Mugla
Zeus Areios, the chief god of the city, is a god of war, depicted on the coins as either a bearded and helmeted bust or standing with all his weapons. Among the ruins, many of which remain in dense pine trees, include the city walls, agora, bouleuterion, church, and many other structures that are not identified with the typological rich necropolis.
