The building is located in the center of Sanliurfa. There is reinforced concrete insertion in the north of the harim. There are three rooms in the northern part. In 1994, the upper part of the reinforced concrete section facing the courtyard was found. To the north of the Harim section is the last three-seat congregation. There is a room to the east of the last congregation and an entrance door to the west. The last congregation site is covered with a cross vault. There is a niche in the last congregation, east and west. There are windows in these niche niches. The original part of the harim, which has survived to the present day, is covered with a cross vault. To the east of the mihrab is the sermon buried to the wall and to the west is the mimber which is buried to the wall. These exits are provided by stairs in the wall. Harim lighting is provided with rectangular bottom and eyelet windows on the top. To the north of the Harim section is the muezzin mahfili. To the southwest of the building is a kiosk minaret made of cut stone.
