Located in the Kurtuluş neighborhood, Dedeoğlu Mansion is an example of civil architecture that forms the urban fabric. Although there is no inscription about the construction year, it is understood from the architectural features, construction materials and construction techniques that the year of construction dates back to the 1900s. The structure built around life in the past has 3 floors and the building has been reserved for ownership over time. The mansion, which reflects the typical features of the Ottoman traditional residential architecture, has a plan type with an exterior sofas and an iwan. The building faces the two streets and the courtyard. The building is illuminated by windows opening onto the street and courtyard. The building was built with mixed construction technique. The ground and the first floor facing the street were built with rough stone walls. It was renovated in 2011 by the Municipality of Kahramanmaraş.
