The tower was built in 1891 by the District Governor Edip Bey. Body with square prism. Small windows with round arches are located on each floor except for the second floor. On the top floor of the tower made of cut stone, there is a wooden pavilion with wavy eaves, a round clock dial underneath it in four directions and a balcony with an iron rail at the bottom.
