Han Mosque (Gülabibey Mosque, Ömer Neftçi Mosque)

The mosque located in the Çorum Gülabibey neighborhood is named as Gülabibey Mosque, Han Mosque and Ömer Neftçi Mosque. The mosque, dated to the early Ottoman period, was built by Gülabibey of Çorum, and repaired in 1579.

The inscription on the central section of the mosque in the middle section of the mosque, le Khan Mosque 0310 en, is probably thought to have been placed here by Ömer Nehci Efendi. The rectangular planned mosque consists of a single domed harim and three arched eyes at the north. The last community place has three arches, the middle part is covered with a mirrored vault and the two sides are covered with a dome. The square is planned with a wooden door with flattened arches and two wings. The harim is covered with a large dome and the dome is crossed with tromples with pointed arches. The lower windows of the building have stone sills, flat wedges, rectangular shaped iron railings, upper windows are rectangular shaped, with round arched wooden network. The minaret is located in the northwest corner of the mines, and the material is reused with coarse cut stones and the other parts of the masonry were used as bricks. The bracelet at the beginning of the trunk is made of stone and covered with cones.
