BOĞAZKÖY MUSEUM Hittite period is dominated by the museum; Chalcolithic, Old Bronze, Hittite, Phrygian, Roman and Byzantine periods are exhibited. In the entrance hall of the museum, there is a chronological table with topographic map showing the site of Hattusas ruins. At the same place, the relief of the mullable god on the door of the king is exhibited. In the first hall through the entrance hall; There are showcases in which the display shows the terracotta artifacts of the Chalcolithic, Old Bronze and Assyrian Trade Colonies, and the goddess Ishtar relief brought from Yazılıkaya in the section which passes from this hall to the large hall. In the second hall; The chronological display shows photographs of the Assyrian Trade Colonies and the Old Hittite period, and the pictures showing their finds. In the showcases of these showcases, the old Hittite and Imperial period terracotta and stone artifacts, the Phrygian painted ceramic pots, fibulae, terracotta and glass works belonging to the Roman period, bronze materials belonging to a church dating to the Byzantine period are exhibited. In addition, in the middle window displays in the museum, the cuneiform tablets of the Hittite period, seal, printed terracotta bulls, cylindrical and stamp seals, bronze axes, needles, stone tools and dies, are exhibited. Among the showcases are large size jugs and embossed orthostats.
