Bandırma Ferry was used by Panderma on the shores of Marmara Sea in Tekirdağ, Mürefte, Şarköy, Karabigah and Erdek for freight and passenger transportation. On October 29, 1910, with the decision of the Ottoman Maritime Administration, the name of Panderma was changed as Bandırma and started to be used as a post-ship.
